Played in his only two NHL seasons while with Columbus, notching 13-11-24 and 30 penalty minutes in 74 games from 2005-07.
His best NHL campaign was in 2005-06 when he registered 12-10-22 and 26 penalty minutes.
Set the franchise record for most power play goals by a rookie in a season with seven in 2005-06.
Made his NHL debut on Oct. 5, 2005 at Washington and collected his first NHL point with an assist in his next contest on Oct. 9 at Chicago.
Recorded his first career NHL goal on Dec. 1, 2005 at St. Louis (Patrick Lalime).
Also played in the American Hockey League with the Syracuse Crunch from 2005-07.
Went on to play nine seasons in Europe in Sweden and the Czech Republic from 2006-15 before retiring following the 2014-15 campaign split between HC Zlin and Bili Tygri Liberec in the Czech Republic’s top pro league.
Led the Czech league in goals (29) and power play goals (15) in 2007-08 and helped HC Zlin capture the league championship in 2013-14.
Served as captain for HC Zlin from 2008-11 and BK Mlada Boleslav in 2011-12.
Prior to making his NHL debut, he led the Czech League in goals in both 2003-04 (29) and 2004-05 (30) while playing for HC Hamé.
Completed his Czech League career with 277-202-479 and 572 penalty minutes in 724 games.
Represented the Czech Republic at various international tournaments, including the 2003, 2006 (silver) and 2007 IIHF World Championships.
Served as head coach for HC Spartak Uhersky Brod in the Czech Republic in 2021-22.
