Finished NHL career with 7-13-20 and 311 penalty minutes in 269 games with the Washington Capitals, Atlanta Thrashers, Blue Jackets and Buffalo Sabres from 1998-04.
Was an American Hockey League All-Star with the Rochester Americans in 1998-99 and totaled 18-24-42 in 261 career games over six AHL campaigns from 1997-2004 and 2007-08.
Went on to play eight seasons in Europe, including stints in Sweden, Germany, Norway and Finland between 2004-13 and retired after spending the 2012-13 season split between Fuchse Duisburg (Germany) and Karlskrona HK (Sweden).
Played junior hockey with Beauport and Val-d’Or in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from 1993-97 and totaled 33-62-95 in 230 contests.
Currently resides in New Albany and is the TV Studio Analyst & Host with FanDuel Sports Network for Blue Jackets games and active in club initiatives as a Blue Jackets alumnus. He’s also a real estate consultant.
