Played his entire NHL career with Columbus, producing 1-2-3 and 36 penalty minutes in 32 games over two seasons from 2002-04.
Made his NHL debut with the Blue Jackets on Apr. 2, 2003 vs. Minnesota.
Scored his first career NHL goal on Oct. 18, 2003 at Nashville (Tomas Vokoun).
Had his best season as a Blue Jacket in 2003-04 when he posted 1-2-3 and 36 penalty minutes in 29 games.
Added 73-108-181 and 524 penalty minutes in 304 career American Hockey League games with the Grand Rapids Griffins and Syracuse Crunch from 2000-06.
Set AHL career highs with the Griffins in 2005-06 after posting 21-37-58 in 77 outings.
Went on to play 11 seasons in Europe from 2006-17, including stints in Finland, Sweden, Switzerland and Denmark and retired after winning the Danish Cup with Rungsted Seier Capital in 2016-17.
Played eight seasons in Sweden’s top professional league (SHL), suiting up for Skelleftea AIK, Farjestad BK, AIK, Linkoping HC and the Malmo Redhawks from 2007-16.
Won a silver medal with Canada at the 1999 IIHF World Junior Championships.
Played junior hockey for the Guelph Storm in the Ontario Hockey League, compiling 101-101-202, a plus-41 rating and 343 PIM in 236 career outings from 1996-2000.
Won an OHL Championship with Guelph in 1997-98 and served as captain for the Storm in 1999-2000.
He currently resides in Caledon Hills, Ontario, where he serves as the Director of Prospect Hockey, which hosts hockey camps, programs, training and instruction to youth hockey players.
