His best season as a Blue Jacket was in his final campaign in 2003-04 when he collected 0-4-4 and 44 penalty minutes in 77 appearances.
Finished his 13-year NHL career with 31-112-143 and 567 penalty minutes in 819 games with the Blue Jackets, Vancouver Canucks, Montreal Canadiens and NY Islanders from 1991-2004.
Made his NHL debut as a 19-year-old with the NY Islanders on Mar. 3, 1992 vs. Montreal and scored his first career goal two days later at Chicago (Ed Belfour).
Set career highs in his second NHL season with 7-17-24 in 75 games with the Islanders in 1992-93.
Skated in the 1997 NHL All-Star Game.
Spent the 2005-06 with the Kloten Flyers in Switzerland (NLA) before finishing his career with the American Hockey League’s Lowell Devils in 2006-07.
Represented the United States on the international stage on several occasions, including the 1992 Olympic Games, 1996 (bronze), 1997 and 1999 IIHF World Championships and the 1991 and 1992 (bronze) IIHF World Junior Championships.
