- Recorded 25-35-60 and 52 penalty minutes in 154 games over two seasons with the Blue Jackets from 2003-06.
- Made his Columbus debut on Oct. 9, 2003 at Atlanta and scored his first goal with the club two days later against the NY Rangers (Jussi Markkanen).
- Had his best season with the Blue Jackets in 2003-04 when he produced 15-17-32 in 73 games, the second-highest goal and point totals of his career.
- Finished his nine-year NHL career with 84-117-201 and 209 penalty minutes in 616 games with the Carolina Hurricanes, Blue Jackets, Vancouver Canucks and Phoenix Coyotes from 1998-2008.
- Made his NHL debut with Phoenix on Jan. 1, 1999 vs. Dallas and scored his first career NHL goal on Jan. 13, 1999 vs. Pittsburgh (Tom Barrasso).

- Transitioned to coaching following retirement and served in different coaching capacities with the Sting from 2010-15 before joining the OHL’s Windsor Spitfires as associate coach (2015-17) and head coach (2017-20).
- Named an assistant coach for the Montreal Canadiens in July 2021.
